Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a file has been delivered, we cannot issue refunds.

2. Exceptions

We will consider a refund only if:

• The product was not delivered within 24 hours of purchase.
• The product is fundamentally broken and we cannot provide a fix within 72 hours.
• You were charged twice for the same item.

3. How to Request

Open a support ticket in our Discord server with your order ID and a description of the issue. All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

4. Custom Map Builds

Custom map builds are non-refundable once work has begun. A 50% deposit is required upfront and is non-refundable.
